Certificate of Hotel management

The Certificate in Hotel Management at Katavi College and Vocational Training College is a one-year course that teaches students basic skills needed to work in hotels, lodges, and restaurants. Students learn about front office operations, food and beverage service, housekeeping, customer care, and cooking. The course also includes computer skills and practical training in real hotels.
